unybrands is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support multiple brands across marketplaces and channels. You will resolve inquiries quickly and professionally while identifying opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.

The role emphasizes a proactive, customer-first approach, strong communication, and the ability to navigate Zendesk, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. Shift work within EST hours is required.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, timely support via email, chat, phone, Zendesk, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, BOL, and social media.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries following SOPs and marketplace processes.
• Manage tickets with labeling, macros, notes, and workflows.
• Support replacements, refunds, invoices, and shipping label tasks.
• Maintain strong product and policy knowledge for all brands and platforms.
• Escalate complex issues with clear context and ownership of follow-ups.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
