Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily operations in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment. You will coordinate room status, guest requests, and departmental communications to ensure exceptional service and smooth front-line operations.

Key duties include maintaining records, following up on maintenance issues, and assisting in upholding Hyatt standards and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and ensure effective communication with all relevant departments.
• Monitor and follow up on room status, room assignments, priorities, and special requests.
• Coordinate guest requests and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, logs, and departmental documentation.
• Communicate room discrepancies and operational updates with Front Office and relevant departments.
• Coordinate with Engineering regarding maintenance issues and follow up until completion.
• Handle telephone calls, messages, and guest/colleague requests professionally and efficiently.
• Support Team Leaders and Housekeeping management with daily operational requirements.
• Ensure all requests and follow-ups are recorded and actioned within the required timeframe.
• Assist in maintaining departmental standards, procedures, and Andaz service expectations.
• Handle guest information and departmental communication with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support the team during high occupancy, VIP arrivals, events, and other operationally demanding periods.
