Holiday Inn Dubai Business Bay, part of IHG, seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead a diverse team across housekeeping and laundry, ensuring exemplary cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, monitor supplies, and uphold safety standards while training staff and responding to VIP requests. This role offers a dynamic environment at a premier Dubai property.

Formación

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in hospitality or related field.
• Direct managerial experience over a team.

Responsabilidades

• Managing, coaching, and developing a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards
• Checking that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations
• Maintaining and ordering supplies and equipment – while minimising waste – in support of our green initiatives
• Helping to refine and prepare budgets that help us maximise profitability
• Addressing special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods
• Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with local laws, IHG brand standards and safety standards
