Groupon is seeking a Merchant Consultant Representative to build and maintain relationships with local German market partners. You will optimize live deals, re-engage inactive merchants, and drive data-driven recommendations to grow merchant business and Groupon profitability.

You’ll work in a hybrid role from Valencia, managing a diverse merchant portfolio, achieving monthly revenue targets, and using AI tools to enhance efficiency and deal performance.

Formación

• 1–3 years experience in sales, account management or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to drive efficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Results-driven and comfortable with sales KPIs and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in upselling, reselling or cold calling is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing merchants across categories.
• Re-engage inactive merchants and renew or relaunch deals.
• Optimize live campaigns by analyzing performance and suggesting improvements.
• Understand each merchant’s goals to propose tailored solutions.
• Provide problem-solving support to merchants for campaign questions.
• Aim to meet or exceed weekly KPIs and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline in Salesforce.
