MonetizeMore is seeking a Group Product Manager to mentor PMs, drive a best‑in‑class operating model, and own Advanced Ads strategy. You will shape vision, growth, and execution across a high‑impact product that powers 150,000+ sites worldwide.

You will champion data‑driven decision making, collaborate with engineering, design, and growth, and balance speed with long‑term product health in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Formación

• 8+ years in Product Management, leadership or mentoring PMs.
• Experience with ad-tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong ownership mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear value propositions for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and elevate Product Operating Model excellence across PMs.
• Mentor and coach PMs to improve craft, execution, and strategy.
• Drive an outcome-driven culture focused on business results and customer impact.
• Standardize frameworks: data-informed decisions, rapid prototyping, de-risking assumptions.
• Foster Kaizen with continuous feedback loops and retrospectives.
• Own the Advanced Ads product strategy, growth, and GTM.
