TurFreshis is seeking a Growth & Marketing Operations Manager in Venezuela to unify paid media, SEO, CRM, and analytics into a single accountable system. You will partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable results across markets.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to move between strategic planning and day-to-day optimization.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing and marketing operations.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, SEO, GA4, CRM and marketing automation.
• Experience in multi-market or local service businesses.
• Strong KPI reporting and executive communication experience.

Responsabilidades

• Track performance across paid search, organic search, local search, email, referrals and other channels.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations with owner and success criteria.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitable customer acquisition across markets and channels.
• Provide practical direction to agencies, vendors and internal teams.
• Set clear expectations for agencies, including KPI targets and deadlines.
