Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate to strategic hubs in Venezuela.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts.
• Manage strategic relationships with customers and negotiate effectively.
• Oversee the performance of distributors and their sales teams.
• Conduct frequent trade visits to identify opportunities and ensure 5Ps execution.
• Drive distribution and coverage objectives across channels.
