InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking an experienced F&B Captain to lead service on the floor, coordinate with kitchen and departments, and uphold luxurious standards of care. You will inspire a team, ensure guest interactions are warm, personalised, and seamless throughout service.

Reporting to F&B leadership, you will drive excellence from pre-shift briefings to post-service follow-up, relentlessly delivering memorable experiences in a residential luxury setting.

Formación

• As part of the role, you should have hospitality or F&B qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations.
• GCC/Dubai hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Strong guest-service mindset and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead F&B service on the floor, ensuring warmth and personalised guest experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and train new colleagues on service standards.
• Monitor service standards, guest engagement, and prompt service recovery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
