Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support outlets with exceptional service and revenue goals. You will supervise daily operations, lead the F&B team, and ensure standards align with IHG brand expectations.

You will upsell beverages, manage inventory, and uphold safety guidelines while delivering memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of F&B experience and supervisory background in international hotels.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience, with proven bar operations knowledge.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, friendly guest experiences aligned with Holiday Inn and IHG service standards.
• Oversee daily F&B operations, lead the team, and ensure service excellence.
• Demonstrate beverage knowledge to support guest needs and upsell offerings.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and manage inventory and wastage to improve profitability.
