UCC Holding in Caracas is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead day-shift operations on the Airport EPC Construction Project, overseeing Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP works and site safety.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of construction experience, 8+ years in a Construction Manager role, PMP certification is a plus, and proven ability to manage subcontractors, manpower, materials and schedules to meet approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-shift construction operations across the project.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure progress against project schedules.
• Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and specialist works.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Project Controls teams.
• Resolve technical and construction issues and minimize delays and rework.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, safety, and site performance.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with project management.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, completion, and handover activities.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 15+ years of construction experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in a Construction Manager / Senior Construction Manager role.
• Proven experience delivering airport, aviation, infrastructure, or major EPC projects.
• Strong experience managing Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and specialist works.
• Experience managing subcontractors, manpower, materials, equipment, quality, HSE, and project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site execution, technical coordination, and project delivery.
• Experience with major EPC / Design & Build / construction contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
• PMP / Professional Engineering certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead large multidisciplinary site teams effectively.
