UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major airport project in Venezuela, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commercial functions, coordinating contractors and stakeholders to meet performance objectives and regulatory requirements. English is required; Spanish is an advantage.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing major airport, infrastructure, EPC, or construction projects.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and complex contractors.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, contracts, commercial management, and project controls.
• Demonstrated track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• English required; Spanish is an advantage.
• International project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall project execution from planning through completion.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, Contracts, and Project Controls.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Establish execution strategies, plans, and performance objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead project meetings, reviews, reporting, and executive presentations.
• Manage project risks, changes, claims, and commercial interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive timely decision-making, problem resolution, and project recovery actions.
• Ensure successful commissioning, handover, and project close-out.
