UCC Holding in Venezuela is seeking a Site Engineer – MEP to lead on-site MEP installation and coordination for an Airport EPC Construction Project. You will supervise daily activities, review drawings, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, standards and method statements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in MEP construction, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ELV and building services, and strong ability to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC and HSE to deliver

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Experience reading MEP drawings, specs, and method statements.
• AutoCAD knowledge required; Revit/BIM an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC and HSE.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily MEP installation and construction activities on site.
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and other building services.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, standards and method statements.
• Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Structural, Architectural, and specialist systems.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, workmanship, and resource requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections, snagging and handover.
• Maintain daily progress reports, technical records, and site documentation.
• Support QA/QC and HSE compliance throughout construction.

Project: Airport EPC Construction Project

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer – MEP to support the execution of a major Airport EPC Construction Project in Venezuela. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MEP installation, site supervision, technical coordination, and testing & commissioning.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP construction and site engineering.
• Proven experience in airport, aviation, infrastructure, commercial, or large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and building services.
• Experience supervising MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC, HSE, and other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
