Ultimate Jet Vacations seeks an Associate, Advisor Partnerships to front the BD team, qualifying and onboarding new advisors and managing a micro-account book. You’ll ensure accurate reporting and systems, enabling BD leadership to act on real numbers.

Formación

• 2+ years in client-facing, business development, or account management roles (travel experience preferred).
• Native or fluent English written and spoken.
• Strong organization with high-volume requests and reporting tasks.
• Proficient with CRM and reporting tools (HubSpot, Tableau).

Responsabilidades

• Review client intake forms and route to the appropriate Destination Specialist.
• Host weekly open forums for prospective clients and invite participation.
• Support onboarding for new clients to ensure seamless, professional first interactions.
• Manage day-to-day micro-account book as primary contact.
• Maintain accurate micro-account records in HubSpot/Admin.
• Run production reports and provide insights for account reviews and BD initiatives.
• Assist BD with inbox, reassignments, and outreach campaigns.
• Support webinars and events with registration, follow-ups, and engagement.
