BairesDev is 100% remote from anywhere, collaborating with US‑based sales teams to shape AI‑powered automations that guide when to act. This hands‑on role blends ABM execution with building automation that drives new deals and account expansion.

Qualifications

2+ years running ABM programs with direct sales partnership.
2+ years building automations for sellers (signal workflows, data enrichment).
2+ years US B2B marketing experience.
Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Ads, direct mail).
Daily use of generative AI/LLM in automations.
Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
Map commercial processes and build automations that alert sellers when to act.
Maintain target account lists and enriched CRM data.
Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue influence.
Test new channels and scale effective plays.
