BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Agents) to design and build autonomous, multi-step systems capable of reasoning and executing complex tasks. You will architect agentic workflows, ensuring models can effectively use tools and collaborate to achieve high-level business objectives with minimal intervention.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering focusing on AI systems.
• Proven expertise in multi-step agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities such as tool calling and reasoning.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and state management.
• Proficiency in Python and implementing observability for long-running agentic workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Design multi-agent coordination frameworks for long-running workflows.
• Develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations for autonomous agents.
• Orchestrate agent reasoning and planning using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Optimize agent performance through observability and loop detection.
• Ensure reliability and safety with rigorous evaluation and guardrails.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate goals into executable agent personas and tasks.
