Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to partner with US-based sales leaders. This hands-on role blends account-based campaign execution with building AI-powered automations that trigger sales action.

You will shape how data and AI drive new deals and account expansion, using tools like Claude as part of daily workflows. The position requires 2+ years in ABM, automation, and multi-channel campaigns, with English proficiency and experience collaborating with US teams.

Qualifications

/Experience running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account teams.
/Experience building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows, data enrichment, routing).
/Experience working with US-based commercial teams or US B2B buyers.
/Hands-on use of 3+ channels (email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail).
/Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations (Claude preferred).

Responsibilities

Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail with sales ownership.
Build automations to detect account signals and alert sellers when to act.
Maintain target account lists, buying committees, and enriched CRM data.
Report weekly on meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated, and revenue impact.
Test and scale new channels and plays that move pipeline.
