Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing specialist who will partner with US sales to run ABM programs and build AI-powered automations that drive deals and expansion. You will manage multi-channel campaigns and maintain enriched CRM data to inform leadership decisions.

The role requires hands-on use of AI tools within automation workflows and strong English proficiency. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and international collaboration with global Top 1% talent.

Qualifications

2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account management.
2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows).
2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels.
Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations (Claude preferred).
Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail with sales ownership.
Map processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers.
Build and maintain target account lists and enriched CRM data.
Report weekly outcomes to commercial leaders on pipeline impact.
Test new channels and scale those that move the pipeline.
