Financeroles is seeking a CFO - Lite Remote to guide solo law firm owners in understanding numbers, profitability, and smarter decisions. You will advise about 40 clients as part of a Fractional Executive Team of CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Controllers.

You’ll lead monthly strategy calls, analyze statements, build dashboards, and forecast cash flow. Remote full-time with some evening availability and travel; compensation ranges from $110,000 to $145,000 total annually.

Qualifications

• Controller or senior-level accounting/finance experience.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, KPI, and dashboard experience.
• Proven results improving profitability, cash flow, or expenses.
• Experience managing teams or client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financials simply.
• Small business or entrepreneurial experience strongly preferred.
• Professional services or law firm experience is a plus.

Location Requirement

This is a remote position, but we can only hire candidates who reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WV.
