Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses and verify valuation assumptions and the accounting behind them for real corporate scenarios.

You will stress-test three-statement models, trace the reasoning to expose discrepancies, and write the defensible analysis that a CFO would rely on. This is a flexible, remote project-based role with lucrative hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with three-statement models, DCF, and accounting basics.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and the working-capital logic underneath.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
