Job description

Responsible for supporting network operations, asset management, and maintenance of telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment; coordinate shipping/receiving of materials
• Install, provision, test, and maintain telecom/network systems (Fiber, Ethernet, SONET, IP)
• Troubleshoot network issues and replace defective equipment to restore services
• Perform preventive maintenance on network and critical infrastructure (HVAC, power systems)
• Support installation and testing of next-gen technologies (Edge Compute, Fiber Optics, Wavelength)
• Maintain accurate logs, trouble tickets, and inventory records
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of telecom/network technologies (Fiber, Ethernet, IP, SONET)
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of network equipment
• Familiarity with AC/DC power systems and critical infrastructure is a plus
• Ability to work with tools, test equipment, and tracking systems
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
