• Responsibilities. Responsible for creating the semantic layer for HRO, making high quality data available for every user of our platform, specifically including for data science and business intelligence applications and business analysts. Support the enhancement of our data landscape. Align data development with business objectives. Work closely with key stakeholders in the business and analytics functions to collectively build valuable data. Catalog existing analytics and automation processes and provide recommendations for best practice methods to optimize and improve these processes. Collaborate closely with Strategic Pod Operations, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Senior Leadership to execute project plans within a fast‑paced agile development environment. Create data tables tailored to specific use‑cases by skillfully engineering critical elements from multiple data domains. Streamline data integration, maintain data security, and access best practices. Contribute to the creation of end‑to‑end data analytics solutions and participate in the implementation, development, improvement, and support of data‑related projects. Design and maintain data solutions. Responsible for building data pipelines and deploying them using tools.

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master’s degree and four (4) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Databricks; Cloud computing experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Framework development; Big data frameworks like Hadoop, Apache Spark, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake; Python; Project Management tools; Data Solutions Architecture; Cloud database technologies; PySpark; ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), data modeling, and data architecture; SQL Server; Git; Implementation, development, improvement, and support of data‑related projects; Building data pipelines and deploying/maintaining them; and Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and build solutions.
