A leading oncology research organization is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support their growing team. This hybrid role in Nashville involves understanding business processes, developing reporting solutions, and liaising with IT on business intelligence technologies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience, and strong skills in BI reporting tools like MicroStrategy and PowerBI. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, “Sr. BIA”, works to acquire detailed understanding of business processes, drivers, roles and metrics related to specific lines of business within the SCRI organization. The Sr. BIA serves as a primary contact for assigned line of business and is expected to apply knowledge and skills across other lines of business within the SCRI organization, as needed. Additionally, the Sr. BIA proactively identifies opportunities to leverage technology or process support in delivery organizational reporting and analysis. This involves serving as a liaison between the assigned SCRI organization and IT by offering support and business knowledge in the design, development, and implementation of processes, applications, and reports to support key business initiatives. In partnership with IT, the Sr. BIA is a recognized subject matter expert who actively participates in the development and implementation of business intelligence reporting and supports the operations that measure and communicate organizational strategic metrics and objectives.
