A global insurance provider is seeking a dedicated professional for a virtual role requiring periodic office visits for customer service and claims management. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of external customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing claims, providing customer support, and addressing complaints effectively.
Virtual, but must be commutable to the Tampa, FL office. Employees are required to come into the office for training. After training, employees are to report to the office 1x a month.
