As a Landscape Designer, you’ll support a multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers, and landscape architects to bring creative visions to life. You’ll be involved in every stage of the design process - from conceptual design through construction documentation - working on a wide variety of projects such as parks, greenways, streetscapes, campus improvements, and resilient infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop site concept designs and construction documents utilizing AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp/Revit, and Lumion/Enscape
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation graphics and renderings for client/public meetings
  • Learn and apply office standards for AutoCAD, Adobe workflow, and file management
  • Incorporate feedback into drawings, graphics, and presentations in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with project managers and team leaders to identify and prioritize tasks
  • Contribute to project deadlines and overall team success
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • 0-3 years of related professional experience
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), 3D modeling (SketchUp or Revit), and rendering (Lumion or Enscape)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in hand drawing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Occasional site visits required (primarily in-state, approximately 5-10% of work time)
