Job summary
A community hospital in Connecticut seeks an LPN for patient care in the Psych Unit. The role requires a current LPN license and BLS certification, with evening shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Standard Hours: 36.00
Work Shift: 6:45pm-7:15am, every other weekend, holidays
Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of an RN. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Gives medications and charts appropriately in the patient record.
- Current LPN license within the state of Connecticut.
- Current BLS certification.
