Job summary

Embark is seeking a Zuora Service Offering Director to lead the build-out of Embark's Zuora practice from the ground up. You will shape the practice strategy, establish the operating model, and create a differentiated Zuora + Workday offering that supports strategic client engagements and scalable delivery.

You will lead engagements, build a team, and develop repeatable capabilities, including reference architectures and accelerators, to scale the practice and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Build the Zuora practice with Embark leadership, defining strategy, business plan, target industries, and operating model.
• Own the practice's commercial performance: bookings, revenue, pipeline, utilization, and delivery economics.
