Job summary

Embark People, LLC is seeking a Zuora Service Offering Director to lead the build-out of our Zuora practice and drive end-to-end monetization initiatives. You will own the commercial performance and guide complex implementations across CPQ, Billing, and Revenue, while coordinating with Workday integrations.

You will develop repeatable offerings, accelerators, and reference architectures, and represent Embark at partner events to grow the portfolio and client base.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Zuora experience with Billing and Revenue across models.
• Experience connecting Zuora with CRMs, ERPs, tax, and data platforms.
• Track record building a practice or service line from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build-out of Embark’s Zuora practice and define strategy and investments.
• Own commercial performance: bookings, revenue, pipeline, and capacity planning.
• Oversee Zuora implementations (CPQ, Billing, Revenue, Payments) and optimizations.
• Design end-to-end order-to-cash solutions with Zuora and Workday integration.
• Develop repeatable offerings, accelerators, and reference architectures.
