Job summary

Embark seeks a Zuora Service Offering Director to build and scale our Zuora practice from the ground up in Phoenix, AZ. You will shape strategy, establish an operating model, and create repeatable offerings while partnering with Zuora and Workday teams to drive joint pipeline and lighthouse engagements.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team across delivery, enablement, and sales, owning the commercial performance and ensuring scalable, audit-ready implementations for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Zuora experience with Billing and Revenue across subscription, usage-based, and hybrid models.
• Strong Workday integration experience and ERP connectivity.
• Proven track record building a practice or service line from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build-out of Embark’s Zuora practice, defining strategy and operating model.
• Own commercial performance: bookings, revenue, pipeline, and delivery economics.
• Lead Zuora implementations and optimizations across CPQ, usage metering, billing, payments, and revenue.
