Job summary

OKAYA Inc. is seeking a senior Zuora Architect to lead end-to-end RevPro and billing implementations for large enterprises. The role requires hands-on experience with Zuora, RevPro, and complex integrations with ERP/CRM and billing systems, plus strong architecture and client-facing skills.

The candidate will gather requirements, run CRP sessions, design end-to-end solutions, and drive workshops and workshops with stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations. Travel for workshops is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of Zuora implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro and billing projects end-to-end.
• Experience gathering, design, fit-gap analysis and CRP sessions for RevPro/billing projects.
• Experience integrating Zuora with ERP/CRM or billing systems.
• Strong architecture skills for large enterprise SaaS billing solutions.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Zuora RevPro and billing implementations.
• Architect enterprise billing solutions and system integrations.
• Conduct workshops with clients, gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Collaborate with ERP/CRM teams and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical designs and oversee implementation across teams.
• Mentor project staff and ensure delivery within scope and timeline.
