Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior Zuora solution architect to lead end-to-end billing implementations for large enterprises. You will drive requirement gathering, design, and integration with ERP/CRM systems using Zuora RevPro, with a strong focus on scalable architecture.

The role demands hands-on delivery, client workshops, and deep knowledge of Revenue, OTC, R2R processes, and SAAS billing platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of Zuora implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro and billing projects (2 end-to-end implementations).
• Experience gathering requirements, designing, configuring, fit-gap analysis, and conducting CRP sessions for RevPro and Billing projects.
• Experience integrating Zuora with ERP, CRM or Billing systems.
• Architectural mindset with ability to design end-to-end SaaS billing architectures for large enterprises.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to converse at business level.
• Experience in client-facing work, workshops, and integration with upstream/downstream systems (taxation, payment gateway, ERP, CRM).
• Understanding of API (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM/CPQ is a plus.
• Understanding OTC and Record to Report processes.

Responsibilities

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
• Lead blue printing, framework construction, POC, prototyping and implementation of SaaS-based billing applications.
• Deep understanding of Revenue Applications, Revenue Accounting, SaaS applications and system security.
• Proficiency in technical designs and interpreting enterprise designs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication
