Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Zuora Rev/Billing Consultant in the United States. The role requires deep Zuora RevPro expertise and end-to-end billing implementations, with strong architectural skills for large enterprises.

Responsibilities include leading design sessions, integrating Zuora with ERP/CRM systems, and guiding stakeholders through complex payment, taxation and downstream system interfaces. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of Zuora implementation knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro and billing projects with end-to-end implementations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, design, configuration, fit-gap analysis and CRP sessions.
• Experience integrating Zuora with ERP, CRM, or billing systems.
• Ability to architect end-to-end solutions for large enterprises.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and business conversations.
• Experience in client-facing workshops and integration with upstream/downstream systems.
• Knowledge of REST or SOAP APIs and system security.

Responsibilities

• Lead blue printing, build a framework, POC, prototyping, and SaaS billing implementations.
• Deep understanding of Revenue Application, Revenue Accounting and SaaS systems.
• Interpret and translate enterprise designs into technical solutions.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, developers and vendors.

Zuora Rev/Billing Consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• At least 5+ years of Zuora Implementation knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro and billing project implementation with at least 2 end to end implementations
• Experience requirement gathering, design, configure, fit gap analysis and conducting CRP sessions for projects in alignment with RevPro and Billing
• Experience working on integration of Zuora with ERP systems , and CRM or Billing systems.
• We are looking for self-starters with Architecture experience and ability to solution end to end system architecture for large enterprises
• Candidate should have very good at Problem solving mindset
• Ability to have business level conversations,
• Ability to come up with ideas and business process solutions
• Experience in having done client-facing work, conducting workshops, experience in integration with upstream and downstream systems like Taxation systems, Payment Gateway, ERP, CRM etc
• Understanding of API – Rest API or SOAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ etc would be an added advantage
• Understanding of OTC and Record to Report business process

Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with stakeholders, Developers and Software Vendors
• Good experience in leading blue printing, building frame work, POC , Prototyping and Implementation of Saas based Billing applications
• In-depth understanding of Revenue Application, Revenue Accounting ,Saas Applications and system security
• Proficiency in technical designs and the ability to interpret enterprise designs
