Job summary

Digital Global Connectors in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Zscaler Integration Engineer, MID to support enterprise security services. This on-site role requires daily commuting to the customer site in the Washington, DC region.

The engineer will implement and manage ZIA, ZPA, and related Zscaler technologies, collaborating with network and cybersecurity teams to deliver compliant cloud-delivered security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/cybersecurity or networking.
• 3–5 years in network security engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on Zscaler ZIA/ZPA in enterprise environments.
• Experience configuring ZIA policies: URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection, app control, threat prevention.
• Experience with ZPA: app segments, app connectors, access policies.
• Strong understanding of SASE and ZTNA.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, administer, and troubleshoot ZIA capabilities.
• Configure URL filtering, TLS inspection, policy enforcement.
• Support ZIA traffic forwarding via Client Connector, GRE/IPsec.
• Deploy and maintain ZPA App Connectors and access policies.
• Support identity integrations (SAML/SCIM/OIDC) and MFA.
• Monitor Zscaler telemetry, security events, and logs.
• Develop runbooks and SOPs, assist with incident response.
