Job summary

UltraViolet Cyber is seeking a highly experienced Network Security Engineer to support a federal customer with Zscaler deployments (ZIA/ZPA/ZDX/ZCC) and cloud integrations. The role is on-site in Arlington, VA and requires US citizenship.

You will configure and tune systems, design data flows, and collaborate with cloud teams (Azure/AWS/GCP) to ensure secure, scalable operations while producing documentation and DR plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Network Design/Engineering/Operations and Security Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Zscaler products and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support a major federal customer with the full Zscaler product suite (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC) and related tech.
• Configure and tune systems to optimize performance and alerts.
• Integrate solutions with third-party tech via APIs.
• Design data flows and troubleshoot communications.
• Produce technical documentation and DR procedures.
• Interface with executives and government technical management.
• Support cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and disaster recovery needs.
• Deploy/manage virtual servers and private edges in the cloud.
