Koniag Operations Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Mid-level Zscaler Integration Engineer to support enterprise security operations for a federal client. The role requires active clearance or ability to obtain one and will primarily operate on-site with approved telework options.

The engineer will implement, administer, and optimize Zscaler ZIA/ZPA across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, collaborating with security, network, and IAM teams to meet federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in network security engineering, with 2–3 years in ZIA/ZPA platforms.
• Experience configuring ZIA/ZPA policies including URL filtering, SSL inspection, and threat prevention.
• Experience integrating with identity providers (SAML/OIDC/SCIM).
• Familiarity with Federal cybersecurity frameworks and NIST/ FedRAMP guidance.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and administer ZIA and ZPA platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Assist in deployment, policy management, and health monitoring of ZIA/ZPA services.
• Collaborate with network, security, and IAM teams to ensure proper configurations.
• Support change management, documentation, and compliance activities.
