Job summary
Digital Global Connectors is seeking a Zscaler Integration Engineer, MID to support engineering, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise Zscaler security infrastructure within a Federal Government IT environment. This on-site role requires daily commuting to the Washington, DC area and an active security clearance.
You will work with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and related technologies, collaborating with network, cybersecurity, cloud, and IAM teams to deliver secure
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring Zscaler ZIA/ZPA and security policies (URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection, application control, threat prevention).
- Experience deploying and monitoring ZIA traffic forwarding (Client Connector, GRE/IPsec).
- Experience with identity providers integration (SAML, SCIM, OIDC) and MFA.
- Familiarity with SASE/ZTNA concepts and enterprise security operations.
- Experience with change-management processes and developing runbooks and SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Engineer, configure, administer, and troubleshoot ZIA and ZPA deployments.
- Develop and maintain ZPA App Connectors and access policies.
- Support ZDX monitoring, identity integrations, and security telemetry.
- Assist with change requests, testing, and documentation for security implementations.
- Provide incident response support and log analysis for Zscaler environments.
