Job summary

Digital Global Connectors, LLC (DGC) is seeking a Zscaler Integration Engineer, MID to support enterprise Zscaler security infrastructure within a Federal Government IT environment. The engineer will work with network, cybersecurity, cloud, identity, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant cloud-delivered security capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in network security, cloud security, or a closely related discipline.
• 2–3 years engineering and administering ZIA/ZPA in an enterprise environment.
• Experience configuring ZIA policies: URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection, application control, threat prevention.
• Experience with ZPA: app segments, App Connectors, access-policy development.
• Strong understanding of SASE and ZTNA principles.
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integrations.
• Solid enterprise networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, GRE, IPsec, traffic-forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, administer, and troubleshoot ZIA capabilities.
• Configure and support ZIA traffic forwarding using Client Connector, GRE/IPsec, PAC files.
• Develop and maintain ZPA access policies and App Connectors deployments.
• Support identity provider integrations (SAML/OIDC/SCIM) and MFA.
• Monitor ZIA/ZPA health, security-policy enforcement, and logs.
• Prepare change requests and maintain runbooks and SOPs.
• Assist with Federal cybersecurity compliance and ATO activities.
