Silverein seeks a Team Manager to lead a 40–50 person team, developing staff and driving regional healthcare improvements. The role requires a flexible leadership style, strong coaching abilities, and a focus on continuous development for both team and organization.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, absence management and reintegration, while collaborating with peers to advance regional projects and quality care initiatives.

Qualificações

• Must have HBO level work and thinking skills.
• Management and/or coaching training at HBO level.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of applicable healthcare law and quality policy.
• Experience with change processes.
• Familiarity with methods such as solution-focused work, systems thinking and Agile-Lean.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 40–50 staff on a full-time basis.
• Create an environment where staff can develop, take responsibility and use their talents.
• Adjust leadership style per situation (coaching where possible, directing where needed).
• Develop and improve the team and contribute to the regional development.
