Qualifications

• 5+ years in unified communications or contact center platforms.
• Hands-on admin experience at scale with Zoom.
• Strong data, SQL, and reporting skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.
• HIPAA awareness and security focus.

Responsibilities

• Own Zoom ecosystem config and architecture across Phone, Contact Center, Meetings, and Rooms.
• Lead design and rollout of Zoom Contact Center with flows and queues.
• Develop reporting on call volumes, queue performance, and activity.
• Drive procurement, vendor strategy, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate real-time Zoom data into apps.
