Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a hybrid Platform Architect to own our Zoom-driven communications stack end to end—from data ingestion to call routing and agent experience. You will partner with engineering, security, and care operations to ensure HIPAA-compliant, reliable real-time integrations, and build analytics that answer critical business questions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in unified communications, telephony, or contact-center platforms.
• Experience with real-time data integration and reporting.
• Strong security and HIPAA awareness for patient data.
• Ability to design scalable, well-documented architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own Zoom Phone, Contact Center, Meetings, and Rooms configuration and architecture.
• Lead Zoom Contact Center rollout, workflows, queues, and integrations.
• Develop reporting for call volumes, answer rates, queue performance, and patient visit activity.
• Drive vendor strategy and ensure policy compliance across platforms.
