Job summary

AndHealth in Columbus, OH is seeking a Communications Platform Engineer to own our Zoom-based communications stack end-to-end, from data models and integrations to call routing and agent experience.

You will partner with engineering to embed real-time Zoom data into our app, ensure HIPAA-compliant design and reliability, and craft scalable configuration and governance that improve caller experience and operational metrics across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in unified communications, telephony, or contact center platforms.
• Strong experience with Zoom (Phone, Meetings/Rooms, Contact Center).
• Ability to translate business needs into architecture and configurations.
• Data fluency; experience pulling data from APIs and building reports.
• Security, HIPAA, and reliability considerations in design.

Responsibilities

• Own Zoom data integration and call-routing decisions across the stack.
• Design architecture for phone, meetings, and contact center components.
• Build and maintain governance for the communication platforms.
• Partner with engineering to embed real-time Zoom data into apps.
• Focus on security, compliance, and reliability in every solution.
