Job summary

AndHealth seeks a Communications Platform Engineer in Columbus, OH, to own and optimize our Zoom-based communications stack—Phone, Contact Center, Meetings, and Rooms. You will design architecture, tailor configurations, and drive data integration into the care workflow, with a strong focus on reliability and security.

The role blends analysis, engineering, administration, and operations to improve caller experiences, reporting, and platform performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in unified communications, telephony, or contact center platforms.
• Hands-on administration of Zoom and related services.
• Strong data fluency with APIs, SQL, and data warehouses like BigQuery.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable platform configurations.
• Healthcare experience and HIPAA knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Zoom ecosystem architecture, configuration, and operation.
• Integrate Zoom data into the AndHealth app in real-time.
• Develop reporting from Zoom data: call volumes, answer rates, and queue performance.
• Ensure security, HIPAA compliance, and reliability in all communications.
