Job summary

At Home is looking for a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to support merchandising in designated zones and uphold visual standards to drive sales. You will implement signs, vignettes, endcaps, and seasonal displays while coaching store team members to maintain visual integrity in a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs, and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes in designated zones, plan and lead transitions and resets.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks delegated by Zone Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized zones and ensure current signing and sets are up to date.
• Assist in freight processes, stock management, and inventory control as part of customer experience.
