Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in McMinnville, Oregon seeks a Zone Sales Manager to drive sales of manufactured housing products to wholesalers and developers. This exempt, on-site role offers multi-state travel and performance-based commissions.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 50% is required.

• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Job Title: Zone Sales Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary

Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a
• timely manner.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
• Other duties may be assigned.
