Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Sugarcreek, OH seeks a full-time Zone Sales Manager to drive sales of manufactured housing products to wholesalers and developers. The role focuses on building relationships, presenting products, and closing orders.

You will work to promote products at trade shows, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate shipments while delivering outstanding service. Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years' related experience is acceptable; industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
• Must be motivated and be able to effectively lead
• Must be able to provide a high level of customer service
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance
• Must have strong attention to detail

Job Title: Zone Sales Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
