Job summary

Champion Home Builder, Inc. seeks a full-time Zone Sales Manager to join our Sugarcreek, OH manufacturing facility. You will sell manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis, building relationships and expanding our market.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple accounts, coordinate shipments, and promote products at trade shows and conferences. Exempt status applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience; equivalent combination accepted.
• Sales experience desired; manufactured housing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and highlights salable features.
• Answers questions on price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assists in shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Summary:

• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
