Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Zone Sales Manager for our Sugarcreek, OH manufacturing facility. The role involves selling manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and/or 1-2 years related experience.
• Sales experience desired.
• Manufactured housing industry experience desired.

Summary:

Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications
