Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or related fields with revenue growth.
• 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Strong automotive industry knowledge and business acumen.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and reporting tools, preferably Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of Zone Sales and Aftersales objectives.
• Promote Local Market Association alignment through dealer partnerships.
• Lead communications supporting brand priorities and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and coach DSMs with timely feedback on performance.
• Analyze zone performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee inventory optimization and dealer digital marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and performance standards.
