Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles with manual/automatic transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and position vehicles within designated zone per lot operations leadership.
• Use Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to make move decisions.
• Support safety and efficiency improvements in vehicle movement.
• Move, stage, and route vehicles to correct destinations to optimize loads.
• Label vehicles for sale, maintain accurate inventory movements.
• Communicate inventory status to crew leaders and managers and set priorities.
• Demonstrate Cox/Manheim values and professional conduct at all times.
• Follow all company policies for employee and customer conduct.
• Comply with safety procedures and encourage safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime may be required.
