The position will assist in facilities maintenance, construction, and general upkeep of physical properties. This role will troubleshoot non‑complex facilities problems, provide preventive, corrective, and predictive solutions, and act as a first responder to trouble calls and emergent needs. It will maintain documentation, records, and summaries of actions, and receive instruction and direct supervision from senior technicians and shop managers.
