  • Understand and follow work order processes with detailed job updates and follow-up.
  • Interact and communicate professionally with customers when coordinating work.

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to use standard hand tools and equipment common to the mechanical and structural trades.
  • Knowledge of the occupational hazards of: mechanical and electrical building equipment; tools and equipment associated with maintenance activities
  • Ability to relate well with others (customers, co-workers, supervisors, etc…)
  • Ability to learn and use basic computer skills.
  • Ability to perform routine troubleshooting of MEP systems.
  • Ability to perform administrative functions related to building systems maintenance (complete forms, record filing, etc.)
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, climb stairs, crawl, stoop, bend, squat, work with hands above head and work from standard and/or extended ladder
  • Lift 75 lbs during a normal work shift.
  • Driving as needed to perform job tasks.
